Your email address (for login and account notices), the resume/portfolio content you enter, any photos you upload, and basic usage data (e.g. AI assistant message counts, for quota enforcement).
We don't sell your personal data. If you use your own API key with the AI assistant, that key is used only for the request in flight and is never stored or logged by our servers.
To render your published page at your chosen subdomain or custom domain, to operate the editor and autosave, to enforce plan limits, and to send account-related email (confirmation, password reset).
Account and resume data is stored with Supabase (Postgres). Uploaded photos are stored on Cloudflare R2. Both are managed infrastructure providers, not viewed by Cognifix staff except for support or abuse investigation.
When you use the AI assistant, the resume content and job description you provide are sent to the selected AI provider (OpenAI or Google, in managed mode; whichever provider you configure, in bring-your-own-key mode) solely to generate a response. Refer to that provider's own privacy policy for how they handle API request data.
You can edit or delete your resume content and photos at any time from the dashboard, and delete your account entirely by contacting support.
